Molecular Microbiology

Microbiology is a very wide field of science that identifies the infectious agents that cause infectious diseases and examines their relationships with the host and changes in the host as a result of these relationships and the treatment or precautions to be taken. The common point of all molecular microbiology examinations is that, in each study, internal controls and various levels of positive or negative controls are used. Only validated procedures are used to validate the new working procedures. The reliability of the measurements is ensured by pipette calibrations, test validations and internal and external quality controls. Genetic materials (DNA / RNA) belonging to some microorganisms which are difficult to produce, late and impossible to be produced are detected in very short time by the latest molecular methods with high sensitivity and specificity.
